EU person mandated by a non-EU provider.
Definition
An authorised representative is a person in the Union holding a written mandate from a provider established outside the Union to carry out and maintain that provider's obligations. Non-EU providers of high-risk systems and of GPAI models must appoint one before placing products on the EU market.
