EU AI Label is a software workflow tool for visible product-photo labels on Shopify storefronts. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee legal compliance.

Merchants are responsible for determining whether and how they must label AI-generated or AI-altered content in their own jurisdictions and for their own use cases. The app is offered as a practical workflow aid to help make those disclosures visible.

Use of the service

• You agree to use EU AI Label only for lawful purposes related to your Shopify store.
• Plan limits are based on actively labeled product photos.
• You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify admin.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access. We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, regulatory outcomes, or specific business results.
