Définition
Technical documentation is the structured record that demonstrates a high-risk AI system meets the requirements of the Regulation. Its minimum content is set out in Annex IV and it must be kept up to date and available to authorities. It is a provider duty; merchants deploying limited-risk systems do not draw it up.
