Uses strictly prohibited as contrary to Union values.
Art. 5
Definizione
Article 5 bans a defined set of practices: manipulative or subliminal techniques causing significant harm, exploitation of vulnerabilities, social scoring, certain predictive policing, untargeted facial-image scraping, emotion recognition at work and in education, and most real-time remote biometric identification in public spaces. These prohibitions have applied since 2 February 2025.
