Definizione
A high-risk AI system is one covered by Annex I product legislation or listed in Annex III — areas such as employment, education, credit, or critical infrastructure. High-risk systems carry the full regime: risk management, data governance, documentation, logging, human oversight, conformity assessment, and CE marking. Publishing AI product photos in an online shop is normally not high-risk.
