Definizione
A GPAI model is presumed to carry systemic risk when its cumulative training compute exceeds 10²⁵ FLOPS or when the Commission designates it as having equivalent high-impact capabilities. Providers of such models face additional evaluation, incident reporting, and cybersecurity duties supervised by the European AI Office.
