High-risk systems must be effectively overseen by people.

Définition
High-risk AI systems must be designed so that natural persons can effectively oversee them during use — understanding their limits, monitoring output, and being able to intervene or stop the system. Providers build the oversight measures in; deployers must assign competent people to actually use them.
