Deployers of high-risk AI systems must use them in line with the instructions for use and take organisational measures to keep the system under control.

- Assign human oversight to competent, trained, and supported persons
- Ensure input data is relevant and sufficiently representative
- Monitor operation and inform the provider and authorities about risks and incidents
- Retain automatically generated logs for at least six months
