Reikwijdte Dit beleid dekt de marketingwebsite euailabel.app, de EU AI Label Shopify-app en de EU AI Label WordPress / WooCommerce-plugin (gezamenlijk de "Dienst"). ## 3\. Wat we verzamelen - Account & facturering: handelaar-e-mail, winkeldomein, abonnement en factureringsmetadata afgehandeld via de Shopify Billing API of de licentieflow van de WordPress-plugin. - App-gegevens: Shopify / WooCommerce product- en afbeeldings-ID's en labelconfiguratie die nodig zijn om labels te renderen. - Support: berichten die u ons per e-mail stuurt. - Operationele logs: IP-adres, user agent, request-timestamps en fouttraces gebruikt om de Dienst betrouwbaar en veilig te houden. - Analytics & productinzicht: met uw toestemming, gepseudonimiseerde gegevens van Google Analytics 4 en Microsoft Clarity (zie §6). ## 4\. Rechtsgronden (AVG art. 6) - Overeenkomst — om de app die u hebt geïnstalleerd te leveren. - Wettelijke verplichting — facturering, BTW, boekhouding. - Gerechtvaardigd belang — de Dienst beveiligen en misbruik voorkomen. - Toestemming — niet-essentiële cookies en analytics. ## 5\. Subverwerkers We gebruiken de volgende aanbieders om de Dienst te runnen. Elk handelt als verwerker of onafhankelijke verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en heeft eigen privacyvoorwaarden. Aanbieder Doel Regio Shopify Inc. App-hosting op Shopify, OAuth, facturering Canada / EU Automattic / WordPress.org Plugindistributie USA Cloudflare, Inc. CDN, DNS, edge hosting Wereldwijd Supabase (Lovable Cloud) Database, auth, storage backend EU Google LLC — Analytics 4 Website-analytics (met toestemming) USA / EU Microsoft Corporation — Clarity Heatmaps & session replay (met toestemming) USA / EU Google LLC — Fonts Webfont-levering USA / EU GitHub, Inc. Open-source plugin-releases USA Wanneer een aanbieder buiten de EER is gevestigd, steunen overdrachten op het EU-US Data Privacy Framework en/of Standaard Contractuele Clausules. ## 6\. Cookies & analytics We plaatsen strikt noodzakelijke cookies om de site te laten werken. Met uw toestemming laden we ook: - Google Analytics 4 (meet-ID G-DJN0V28ZY4) — geaggregeerd verkeer, IP-geanonimiseerd. - Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps en sessie-opnames; gevoelige invoervelden zijn standaard gemaskeerd. - Google Tag Manager / gtag.js — loader voor GA4. - Google Fonts — geleverd vanaf fonts.googleapis.com. U kunt toestemming op elk moment wijzigen of intrekken: open cookie-instellingen. ## 7\. Bewaartermijnen - Handelaar-accountgegevens: voor de duur van de installatie, daarna verwijderd binnen 30 dagen na deïnstallatie. - Facturen & BTW-administratie: 5 jaar, zoals vereist door Pools belastingrecht. - Operationele logs: tot 90 dagen. - Analytics-gegevens: volgens GA4-standaardbewaartermijn (14 maanden). ## 8\. Uw rechten Onder de AVG heeft u recht op inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar tegen verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, en kunt u toestemming op elk moment intrekken. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Poolse toezichthouder (UODO, [uodo.gov.pl](https://uodo.gov.pl)). ## 9\. Beveiliging Gegevens worden verzonden via TLS. Toegang tot productiesystemen is beperkt en gelogd. We verkopen uw gegevens niet en delen ze niet met adverteerders. ## 10\. Wijzigingen We publiceren materiële wijzigingen aan dit beleid op deze pagina en werken de datum "Laatst bijgewerkt" hierboven bij.
